I knew it wasn’t helping me: I felt sluggish, gained weight, didn’t sleep, and lost my temper. 

Then I got curious: What if alcohol wasn’t what I craved—but the feeling of self-care, of TLC, of adult indulgence? 

And I discovered something that changed my life: a whole world of decadent nonalcoholic beverages that satisfy on every level. 

Moderating my alcohol intake became much easier because I didn’t have to give anything up. 

Not only that—I felt better too. I could think more clearly. I had energy again. 

I wanted to tell everyone about the hidden world of nonalcoholic beverage options. 

And so FiddleSips was born.
